Probably lots of people would like to help, but it is really difficult to try to help via guesswork over the internet and virtually none of us here are medical professionals.
You have some good items on your list, though if it were me I would have absolutely included oleader supplementation and a quality colloidal silver. I also note that a couple of items you have recently increased seem to coincide with the onset of symtoms. They may have little or nothing to do with the seizures, but could have plenty to do with the diarrhea, belching and odor.
If it were me, I would cut back on the recent increases and see if that helped with the diarrhea, etc. And then I would begin taking the oleander and colloidal silver and slowly build up the oleander doseage (it too can cause diarrhea in some people, so you may have to build up slowly as it becomes tolerated).
I appreciate your concern, Woody, but are you saying that everything the patient is doing so far is OK, but adding anything to the list would be dangerous? It is a pretty sizeable list as it is - and it appears to be a pretty good one too - and so I wonder where the tipping point might be where adding another item would be too much.
I realize that a key consideration and area of danger when it comes to brain cancer is finding a way to eliminate the cancer tumor without causing significant brain swelling, and certainly that has been a problem with various chemo treatments as well as some alternative ones. However, such has not usually been the case with oleander and, contrary to what you may have been led to believe, components of oleander do actually cross the blood/brain barrier as was indicated in the following PubMed published study led by noted MD Anderson researcher Dr. Robert A. Newman.
Murine pharmacokinetics and metabolism of oleandrin, a cytotoxic component of Nerium oleander.

"Uptake of oleandrin in brain after i.p. injection of oleandrin (3 mg/kg) or oleander extract (700 mg/kg) was examined. Measured by LC/MS/MS, oleandrin content in brain was higher following injection of extract than it was with an equivalent dose of oleandrin. The data suggest that components within oleander extract may enhance transport of oleandrin across the blood brain barrier."
From the Nerium Biotechnology website:Dr. Newman’s research has demonstrated that components of Anvirzel™ are active on dual pathways at the cellular level to promote apoptosis and/or autophagy (cell death) in human tumors but not normal cells. This research has led to the publication of twelve peer-reviewed journal articles that describe Anvirzel™ (Nerium oleander extract) and its components (oleandrin). The twelve articles present the body of research conducted by Dr. Newman, Ph.D., as the founder and Co-Director of New Product Development, Department of Experimental Therapeutics, at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
This preclinical research has shown that Anvirzel™:
It is perhaps notable that some of the patented oleander medicine Anvirzel's earliest successes were in childhood brain tumors. For a couple of case reports on oleander (Anvirzel) success with adult brain tumors see:

Well, as far as I am aware, amygdalin or laetrile does not cross the blood brain barrier and will have little effect on brain tumors. See this link:
Amygdalin and the Blood/Brain Barrier
If you want the amygdalin to penetrate the blood/brain barrier and be more effective, then read the DMSO(Dimethyl Sulphoxide) section of the above link.
Also please take note of the amounts of laetrile/amygdalin used from this link. You seem to be using quite large amounts of laetrile -- which all comes from the wheatgrass, the B17 tablets and apricot kernels that you are using. I have no idea how dangerous this might be for your wife. The body should be able to cope with laetrile, but if there is a problem -- such as a lack of an enzyme called rhodenase in the cells, this can cause problems. The rhodenase enzyme binds sulphur to the laetrile cyanide portion creating a harmless thiocyanate -- containing sulphur -- and when the body or liver clears this through the liver and lungs, gives the characteristic sulphur odour.
Another useful compound that easily crosses the blood brain barrier is BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) which was used as a preservative in the past. This substance will easily penetrate the blood/bone barrier and actually acts to attack the cancer, reduce the tumor as well as preventing metastasis. The BHT dose is 500 mgs per 30 lbs of body weight, taken in split doses every day. You can also use bloodroot tincture(not the salve), and for a 40% bloodroot tincture, the dose is 3 drops 3-4 times a day in a glass of water. You can buy the BHT from the Life Extension Website.
But I have to also say that you are using and mixing alot of different cancer protocols at the moment -- you are mixing Essiac with the Budwig Diet and with Laetrile, and I have no idea what sort of problems this might be causing for your wife's condition. And the way that you are using laetrile now will have little effect on your wife's brain tumor I think.
