Well i've gotten my biggest stone out ever today with this method, it was about 3/4 of an
inch (although i am bad at estimating...it was huge by stones standard though). the rest are usually quite decent sized, about the size of marbles, maybe a little wider. they are very dark green as well.
i eat a normal diet (i am vegan though), i do this flush between 12-2AM, so I don't modify my meals at all. i warn you that i am throwing caution to the wind though, because there's always the chance that i won't get toxins out fast enough and may have an adverse reaction (the colon is not empty, so things move slower).
as for allowing the liver to recouperate, i find that my liver is fine after these flushes, the thing that wears me down is
Epsom Salts . the dandelion tea is great, it strengthens the liver, i can feel the aches inside after i drink it from the liver getting mad at the stones :).
for any that are doing this, please take into account that you would be foregoing the emptying of the colon and that you are more likely to have a reaction if bad things are released (although i feel like this is inevitable). all i can say is that it's been working for me, and not cutting into my day time. if you're someone who likes to count stones, don't bother with this because they come out with the regular movements you have.
PS: I suppose you could always do an epsom dose or
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the next morning, but i hate both and don't mind letting them come out in their own time.
