I went to my doc yesterday for my Lipoma. She told me that there is nothing to be worried about and they are benign fatty tumors. Well! I just go to docs for diagnosis, but not for treatments. Not always have they been able to diagnose the problem either. Have any of you treated this problem and seen it disappear? If Lipoma is the symptom in my body, what would be the cause?
I want to do a good cleanse. I'm sure colon, liver, lymph all play a role in this. Would potassium deficiency cause these issues? I also have small fibroid in my uterus. Is there a link between lipomas and fibroids?
Thanks,
healingjourney
Hi healingjourney, I don’t know if I have an answer for you. I really know little about lipomas, but have a couple of ‘thoughts’. First I have a brief description I found in a google search: What is a lipoma? A lipoma is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin. Lipomas are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time. Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth. What causes a lipoma? The cause of lipomas is not completely understood, but the tendency to develop them is inherited. A minor injury may trigger the growth. Being overweight does not cause lipomas. What are the symptoms of a lipoma? Lipomas usually: Are small [0.4 in to 1.2 in] and felt just under the skin. Are movable and have a soft, rubbery consistency. Do not cause pain. Remain the same size over years or grow very slowly. My thoughts for some possible helps for this condition: Cleansing the bowel, blood/lymph and liver is always helpful. Increasing/improving circulation to the area with bodywork/massage and herbs such as cayenne. Also, castor oil packs??? Deep tissue/muscle/joint repair oil??? This sentence: A minor injury may trigger the growth. may be important in supporting my thoughts about circulation and massage being of benefit. If an injury triggered the growth, the growth may be your body’s way of responding to injury just under the skin or tissue damage. Just my thoughts... Hopefully, someone who has experience with lipoma will KNOW and share their experiences. I can’t answer your question about a link between lipomas and fibroids... sorry. That would be something you may want to research. Hoping you find an answer and that it is shared here so we all can learn about the power of natural healing. Water
Water,
Thanks for fishing out this info for me. I don't think my lipomas were triggered by any injuries. I think I need to start paying attention to my body. My body, mind and soul is totally is misalligned. I have a thirst for knowledge but I hardly work on myself since my priority, energy and money is going towards healing my special needs son. Anyways, I have figured out that cleaning my colon would be a good start. Yes! I'm planning on colon, kidney and liver cleanses in the next few months.
I read in "ask Andreas" forum that lipomas can be softened by external application of castor oil and manjista powder. I see no point right now to work on my body externally to soften them. I really feel my liver is all clogged up. I hope cleaning myself inside out will atleast stop my body make more lipomas. I have never doubted the body's ability to heal itself given the right treatment...the only doubt I have is my own commitment to take care of myself. Not anymore....since my mom is here and sharing some of my responsibilities. I don't want to miss this opportunity to take care of myself. Thanks again.... Healingjourney.
