Important stuff for all to read, when getting going with the Manna, reverse alchemy, zapped mixes..and for those that have been doing it already, the reasons for things speeding up with it (for those on the doctrine)
It is not the same as just taking the supplements for chelating metals.
Newport's first post, warned to go slow with this. Here's why.

I'm reading your back posts, for potency. Boiron is what I prefer. You said "H" brand, but I can't find if you said potency or not.
I found Hylands on iherb, but wanted to find out if that's what I'm looking for, or not. I'll look on abchomeopathy when it connects again.

As for Nat Phos; from what I get, more than half of the ALA dose has gone as an anti-oxidant to keep the molecular bonds of these from bothering us. This also goes for Phos, so the amount of ALA needed will not increase to chelate that Hg vs keep it from bothering you.
There will be a bit of a dizzy spell since the dump can be brutal but if you only take one of those Nat Phos pellets that shouldn't last more than 15 minutes.

Some are having issues with Phosphates blocking dowsing. If you started with me you know who you are by the response you go from running Nerve Agents:

Nat Phos is a cell salt and should be added to taking Manna. The "H" brand will do and 3-4 tabs should be followed with 1.5 oz of Manna in a minute or two.

This is a reply to # 1,633,401hylands nat phos is widely available in health food stores, sold as on of the "cell salts"... there is even one cell salt with all of them combined "bioplasma" its called. not been able to muscle test that one.

This is a reply to # 1,633,401The "H" Nat Phos from iHerb is fine. You don't want to overdue this one anyhow. Best if you had Gold Leaf on hand to bind the Phos but otherwise slowly does it.
If you run Tabun for a while you can knock loose all that came in with BioW critters but I wouldn't do that unless you got Gold Leaf to bind that in the brain and Real Vervaine as tea to bind it in body...

I never did purchase the gold leaf. I don't know if I could drink it,(because of the vervaine tincture tasting like dirt to me--plleehh), but I could make the tea with the whole vervaine and give it a try.

If Boiron it equals 6 Hylands in dose so be careful or disolve it and take 1/6th.
No that was it, only thing other than carbon not in Sea Salt .
Msm/salt/carbon should be taken every day to keep clear, a single ounce should do. Phos is in Nerve Agents so unless they come up with a new one we are safe for now...- Re: Nat Phos Newport

This is a reply to # 1,633,426thanks Newport- I was reading that. The weaker Hylands, would probably be best in this situation, instead of getting the Boiron and having to dilute it by a bunch more.
When you say dilute it- if it's a pellet, how do you do that? You've showed me how to increase the potency by putting it in distilled water, dissolving it, and hitting the bottom of the bottle against your palm once, but do you also dilute it in distilled water?- Re: Nat Phos Newport

Is the main reason it is sold in most health food stores (for the little bit I was reading) for people taking it after meals for digestive problems?
People not on the doctrine, would not be affected in the same way by the small cancers exposed.

This is a reply to # 1,633,466If a person not on the doctrine, put Sea Salt in 4 oz of distilled water, and even zapped it with a square wave zapper of some sort- they wouldn't have the impact as those that are doing it while running on the doctrine.
They probably would just have salt water.

I have to get this book because although I think I understand, I can see I don't really get it. I am only skimming the surface of this and know that it is crucial to learn. my mind is too slow right now but I will get some Nat Phos. I haven't gotten the gold leaf, waiting till i can, but that and yogurt maker on my wish list.

This is a reply to # 1,633,382I only took the Sea Salt , in distilled water 2x, and it caused the accelleration of the Lead, to begin with..then the Tellerium/cancer under it.
with what my body has been dealing with already, it didn't need even more manna. It wasn't testing as being good for me to take anyhow- until recently, and that was with the carbon added, which I still haven't done yet.
when people are able, it's best to check for everything with dowsing, and not assume it "should" be what is needed at that time.
2 doses of manna, has opened a flood gate for me :)
Like Newport's post says..times it by 40, for those on the doctrine, for what has been added.
The most important part for us, is paying attention to supplements needed with the clean-up. Even if they are costly to have on hand..when it hits you as quickly as the Tellerium/cancer does when it's uncovered, you can't wait for it to get there in a few days.
I was very thankful to have paid attention and got the Cilantro tincture made up, so it was on hand and ready. I've gone through aLOT of it.

:) No need to answer that.
Be prepared to have needed supplements/tinctures/homeopathics on hand to clean things up, because there's no doubt that things accellerate when using a simple mix of Sea Salt , and distilled water (zapped), or Sea Salt , distilled water, and carbon.
For those on the doctrine, that is.
