hard to say much, since we don't know what you are eating, etc. -- but you know your own body best.
Just speaking generally, once someone gets onto a better path of cleansing, perhaps
Water Fasting and then carefully eating, one of the ways to see whether a particular food is good for you (because everyone is unique, and one person's medicine is another's toxin...) is to watch and notice if your blood pressure goes up after eating. So it may be that you are 'sensitive' to whatever foods you are eating.
This is another reason the mono diet is a very good way to proceed--Taking it simply, and gently; it makes it easier to track which reaction is related to which food.
It's worth pulling back, foodwise, and giving the body *less* work to do, if the result is that the heart is working hard.
Try to be simple, and don't get into worry.
