Yes...I had to change my plans this am. Heaviness on crown of head, facial sensations?, feels like something in brain(just a feeling, not a fact, right?)
sensation upper back, feels like a parasite of two, back of liver.
Doing ALA around the clock. feels sometimes, i know this sounds weird but parasites or whatever is trying to hold their ground.
I can't even go there with out sounding crazy so I'll leave it vague.
the head sensation is strange and theres a feeling sometimes that i'm loosing my mind. I mean with all the new stuff i've learned in the last few weeks, its like systems overload. usually, i would be saying yeah, right to all this, I'm so sure but with this it feels true.

i went to the meditation center and sat for 40 mins, did another 60 easy here and praying big time for all of us. prayer helps and so does nature, went for long hike yesterday in mountains. that was so good. if i feel better i'm gonna go back.
