I am starting a Colon Cleanse with P&B shakes and then moving on to a liver flush. I am drinking my first shake tonight and was wondering if anyone had some good vegetarian options on how to eat more probiotics? Thanks - This site is sooooo helpful!!!!
Yoghurt and kefir are very good food sources of probiotics. Buy them at a health food store and skip the sweetened ones. You can add fresh fruit before you eat them. The sweetened ones basically take you back a step because Sugar feeds candida.
