I've been using eyebright and am up to 3 drops and it does burn. After washing eyes with eyebright, I've washed them with clear water but can this cause a problem or interfere with the effectiveness of the product? Is 3 the maximum amount of drops? I've never read that Dr. Christopher & Dr. Schulze had people rinse their eyes out after doing the eyewash. I don't rinse my eyes out with water when I do the wash. I'm thinking that Dr. Schulze had people doing 10 drops from the start but the recommended dose is from 1 to 10 drops.
Also, I know you (and Willowley I think) told me where I could buy the glass eyecup but can't find it. Please let me know. www.starwest-botanicals.com/product/ezy-care-glass-eye-wash.html Startwest ships pretty quickly and their eyecup is perfect for me.
Has any one ever complained of feeling slight movement in their eyes, which makes them itcy? the movement feeling is unmistakeable. When I look in the eyecup, there are always these same things in there. Tiny, insect looking and when I'm doing the eyewash, I feel stinging, not just burning. Keep in mind that I feel movement only prior to the eyewash but while doing the eyewash, I feel the stinging. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and figure out what it is. I spent 30 minutes today just rewashing my eyes because these whatever keep flushing out. Usually in each eyewash I get approx 2-8 of them. Some spots I do see as just debris. I've never seen anything like that coming out of my eyes so I can't say what it is. I wouldn't call the feeling I get a 'burn' as much as I call it a 'stinging', for me anyway. Your stinging/burning sounds different from mine.
Can the eyes be damaged/hurt from eyewashing too much? I've only read healing testimonies from using the eyewash, I've never read it damaged anyone but like with anything I guess you could over do it. Dr. Schulze talked about doing it 3-6 times a day.

Hi Uny, Howdy :)
I've been using eyebright and am up to 3 drops and it does burn. Yep, it's supposed to burn. After washing eyes with eyebright, I've washed them with clear water but can this cause a problem or interfere with the effectiveness of the product? Yes, washing/rinsing your eyes with clear water afterwards definitely would interfere with it's effectiveness substantially. Is 3 the maximum amount of drops? 1-10 drops is the typical recommendation.
Also, I know you (and Willowley I think) told me where I could buy the glass eyecup but can't find it. Please let me know. Starwest Botanicals has them: http://www.starwest-botanicals.com

I spent 30 minutes today just rewashing my eyes because these whatever keep flushing out. Usually in each eyewash I get approx 2-8 of them. Some spots I do see as just debris. I've never had any tiny debris or specks of anything in the eyecup after I'm done. I tend to recall suggesting these are parasites, but if I didn't before - I am now. Parasites in the eyes are far more common than you'd suspect. Here is a Google link/search on "eye parasites": http://tinyurl.com/ybvtslz The Eyebright formula should be very effective if you use it consistently over time. The cayenne bayberry & the goldenseal in the formula are all anti-parasite herbs. But remember, killing parasites isn't getting to kill the reason anyone has infestations...and that's (basically) because there's too much toxic build-up (decaying organic matter of all various kinds) for them to eat. Parasites of all types are a sign of stagnation, decay and lack of circulation throughout the body.
Can the eyes be damaged/hurt from eyewashing too much? As far as we know, Dr. Schulze & Dr. Christopher had people using up to 10 drops daily and doing 5-6 eyewashes a day, plus taking it internally...and the only thing they experienced was 'healing' :) Of course, too much water can kill you, so any substance can cause harm if you use 'too much'.
Healthiest of blessings,
Unyquity
"I do take your garlic and cayenne tinctures daily but probably need to take more to help circulation. How much should be taken? Also have taken various herbal parasite products including yours and I liked yours best...just reordered."
Are you saying that you ingest the oil of garlic?
Just to make clear the garlic issue, when we talk about taking garlic we mean mincing up a clove of garlic, putting it in juice or something else and swallowing it, several cloves a day. Fresh organic garlic.

I'm guess I'm confused about what exactly you're taking lol.
In one thread that was talking about the Oil of Garlic you said you were taking Uny's so I assumed you were taking the oil but then in this thread you said what you were taking is the Garlic tincture.
So I still don't know which one you're taking lol.
Absolutely Uny has the best products out there in my opinion! ;)
Thanks for clearing that up for me. I just couldn't imagine you ingesting the garlic oil, not that there would be anything wrong with it.
I wanted to let you know that you're getting the goodness of the garlic in the garlic tincture, you're just not getting all the goodness you'd be getting if you took fresh organic garlic. This is because of the half life issue with Allicin. You can read all about it from the link below.
The garlic tincture is so much easier to take than mincing fresh garlic and it IS great for you but I'd probably being doing both so you could get the full benefit of the Allicin. Just a thought.
Blessings,
Willow
