Yes, i trimmed the stems to fit in the vase.

The area I was in is actually quite safe...I was near Tulum
on the Mexican Riviera. There is virtually no crime in that area and the Mexicans are making it really obvious that they want to keep it that way. I saw more police and military presence than I have seen in any country in the world. Crime stats in that area are less than many US small towns.

BTW...I did bring some serious Antibiotics in case I needed to nuke some bad stuff. I was swimming around in underground caves with what I assume could have been some pretty nasty waterborne stuff. My first line of defence though was some serious probiotics and sure enough I did get some sort of bug half way into the trip. The good news...a dose of about 50billion mixed culture probiotics (New Roots)
killed off whatever I had in six hours.

Really glad I did not have to take the poison pill and that the natural method worked out fine...
