Chris, a million thanks to you once again.
Follow-up questions
"cleansing is a gradual process on a fast and where there may be more cleansing on one particular day than another. This is evidenced by cleansing crises such as vomiting, which can occur at anytime during the fast and determined by the body"
In general but with exceptions which include healing crises, is it generally understood that each subsequent day yields more results than each previous day, or is this untrue?
"Any gaseous elimination from the mouth is via the lungs."
So you are saying we exhale toxins, correct?... which can just as easily go through our nose?
"A coated tongue is purely a reflection of the state of the alimentary canal (not a very pretty site sometimes): the cleaner it becomes the cleaner your alimentary canal and vica-versa.
Brushing the tongue has some psychological benefit, but it will soon coat over again unless towards the end of cleansing."
Is this coating toxic material on our tongue (and in mouth) that would otherwise be swallowed and reabsorbed if we don't wipe it away?
"Burping or flatulence are merely gases from leftover decomposing food for the most part. There are other reasons for burping and gas as well apart from these."
In burping and flatulance, are we eliminating gaseous toxins?
"Epsom Salts added to bathwater are readily absorbable and of benefit and certainly benefit your heart for the magnesium it contains."
So i hear a clear recommendation for this. Anything else you might recommend adding to bath water to be beneficially absorbed in a fast?
"INTRAMAX ...."
Would you recommend this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and waiting say 15 minutes before eating anything? Is 15 minutes enough?
does intramax contain all the vitamin/mineral supplements needed or would you recommend any others? do you know off hand if it contains the magnesium ascorbate you have recommended to me and in sufficient amounts? I know it contains 200mg magnesium which is listed as 50% of the daily value. I would need more of this, yes?
Thanks again Chris for the amazing help you provide .
Chris, thank you again for all of your thoughtful support.
I may have been unclear in my wording of this one question...
Q. In general but with exceptions which include healing crises, is it generally understood that each subsequent day yields more results than each previous day, or is this untrue?
A. Of course. With each passing day the body goes on with its work of cleansing and healing and where this accumulative.
What i mean to ask is that if you isolate day 21 and you isolate day 20, will day 21 on it's own out-perform day 20 on it's own in terms of cleansing and healing, generally speaking, but with exceptions such as healing crises, and if so, what is the reason?
