Well, as I say in the subject line, it's 4 months later, and I'm almost 50
pounds lighter. I've done two "rounds" of HCG, I feel great, and I couldn't be happier.
The weight loss has clearly been from my thunder thighs, belly, rump, and other excessively fat areas. I now have definite shoulders and my swollen feet and ankles aren't swollen any more. My resting blood pressure is 115/66, and four months ago, it was 188/119. I feel healthier and I sleep better.
It's been discovered that when using HCG, it's not necessary to do any injections. There's a way to take it orally, and it's just as effective.
Someone mentioned homeopathic HCG -- that seems to work for about 70% of people, but even when it works, the weight loss is slower. To my way of thinking, if I'm going to follow the very low calorie diet (vlcd) that's part of the HCG weight loss program, I want to lose as much weight as I can each day so that I don't have to be on the vlcd any longer than I have to.
To the person who added the link to
pounds and
inches -- thank you. I'm not good at that.
There are a few slightly different versions of P&I out there, so make sure you don't read one that has been "improved" by an editor. The original P&I is roughly 40 pages (depending on formatting), so if you discover you're looking at an edited version, google up a different P&I. Also, YouTube is an excellent place to do an HCG search. Tons of info there, and examples of others who've succeeded at HCG weight loss.
