Anyone know what the basic ingredients are to make Kefir water other than the actual water Kefir grains? I'm looking for the very basics without trying to make a special water Kefir drink or whatever. Is it just 4 tbls of sugar, 4 cups of Spring water and a 1/2 cup of water Kefir grains? Are those the basics in order to make Kefir water? What's the best water to use?

I went to Dom's site and couldn't find basic instructions on making water Kefir. I might have been on another of his sites though not the main one. I'm getting some good water Kefir grains and was wondering about the instructions. Just want simple water Kefir.

Milk Kefir didn't work all that well for me healthwise, I don't think I could handle the Milk so I'm going with water Kefir. I think that water Kefir would be a better alternative.
