Hi everyone,
I posted a message here several days ago about not feeling well after my first flush. It was suggested to do another flush immediately, and I haven't done it yet because I was trying to determine if I was actually getting sick (like coming down with the flu) and that's why I wasn't feeling well.
It's been long enough to realize that I'm not coming down with something, and the problems I'm having are many ... fullness/bloated feeling after eating very little, indigestion, weird pains in lower left abdomen, achey pains in middle upper back, shoulders, upper arms, even up into my neck, pressure/pain in chest that seems to go through to the back, dull headache.
One piece of info I should tell is that I had my gallbladder out when I was 19 after many attacks. The upper back & chest pain I'm experiencing feels like a mild version of a gall bladder attack (you can't forget that pain!).
My flush was the first one I've ever done and I didn't do it because i was feeling bad - in fact I usually feel really good and don't have any health issues. So, I don't mean to belabor this problem, however its gone on long enough now that I'm feeling pretty confident that its a result of my first liver flush. And I'm just trying to determine if the symptoms I'm feeling are classic symptoms of liver trouble/stones/etc. I'm guessing that I stirred things up in there and have stones moving around and causing trouble - can anyone confirm this? I just really feel like its important to understand what's going on.
I'm going to do another flush on friday night, and have been drinking tons of apple juice. I'll do the AJ fast tomorrow and friday, then flush friday night. Since my first flush only produced about 5 stones (that I could see), I thought the apple juice might help things along this time.
Thanks in advance for any insights.
Carol
