Depends on where you live. In California I get either the open top or the combination hot water bottle/ douche bag from Walgrens Drug Store. I believe that some Walmarts carries them also some CVS. Happy hunting.

Don't be afraid to ask the pharmacist if you don't see one on the shelf. Sometimes they have them behind the counter or can order one for you over night.

You can always order an inexpensive enema bag online at most pharmacy web sites. Here's a picture of one from the Walgreen's web site that I posted on FR a while back.
