Great post with lots of great tips Miss H! Sounds like you're figuring out all the stuff that makes it as easy as possible.
I've got a small tip too. Been doing a juice fast this week, my first. Uny had warned me that "greens" are much stronger tasting when you juice them than when you put them in the Vitamix and make a smoothie with em. Boy was she right lol, the first time I juiced a big ole bunch and a half and filled the pint jars with half green juice then put other things like carrots on top and mixed it together. Wow, when I got the first jar out of the fridge and took a big swallow it was awful, tasted like dirt to me, same with beets lol. So I held my nose and gulped the whole pint down then quick went and took a couple droppersful of Echinacea tincture straight. That took care of the taste right away lol, I was able to finish all those pints of juice that had too much green and red that tasted like dirt and got some extra doses of Echinacea to boot! So now I don't put nearly as much greens and beets in each jar!
You're blazing a trail Miss H, can't wait to see what you've healed this time around.
Abundant blessings of health.

Thanks, that all makes sense to me. Never would have thought about the size portion I would eat if I was cooking it but it does make sense except I'm in the process of learning to eat green things. I've done so well with the green smoothies so when I put too much green in the juice it was a huge shock to say the least lol.
I put apples in every combo I make too, it takes the edge off the stronger tastes. Love my apples for sure.
A perspective from the other side of the fence from an opposite kinda gal, although not doing the IP, just juice fasting and taking tinctures.
I'm GREAT at multi-tasking, I come from a long line of multi-tasking women and I consider it an asset. Being able to multi-task has served me well throughout my life, I don't think that makes me stupid at all. Maybe its the age thing or maybe you and your friend think multi-tasking means something different than I think it means and you feel stupid for doing it, just don't know.
I applaud you for all the work you've done organizing things to help you make the best of your time but I gotta tell ya that doing all that work would just plain drive me insane. It would drive me crazy having tinctures in every room, I already don't like looking at em on my kitchen counter, I did try to put them in the cabinet once so things would look neater but of course I forgot to take em so out they came again, sitting on my kitchen counter, gotta do what a girls gotta do even if it means putting up with what I consider clutter and I'm not putting down the tinctures, I just don't like stuff sitting around everywhere. I sure couldn't stand it if I had them in the bathroom too lol!
I'm the kinda gal who leaves things until the very last possible minute and then I multi-task and get em all done on time, every time. I'm just one who works much better under pressure and therefore I set things up as uncomplicated as possible and for me there is no way I could do it the way you're doing it because for me, just can't see myself voiding a CE while doing an eyewash lol. More power to ya Miss H and kudos to you too... but your way is waaaaaay too complicated for me lol, just wanted to let other people know they aren't alone if they feel that way too. We're all different and its good to see what works for different people, this would would be a boring place indeed if we were all the same.
Blessings.
