...arrived on the 20th flush I started on Friday (Oct. 30, 2004) - so I actually had the pleasure of seeing them on Saturday. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised!
There were 3 of them, about 1cm long (less than half an inch), tan in colour, looked a bit like a small, hydrated raisin, with a tiny round blackish end, that seems to be the "mouth" - I can actually see a small opening. I definitely need a magnifying glass. While trying to clean and store them in alcohol, I unfortunately lost two (down the drain they went), but today I "harvested" another one, exactly the same kind, that I managed to put in alcohol, to keep company to the one I already had. I had no time to check it out, maybe anyone knows what they might be? I'd really appreciate it!
Anyway, the tally sits at about 40 "fishable" (I use chopsticks) stones, of which 6 were 1.5-2.0cm plus the usual hundreds of uncountables, that I don't bother counting.
Flush #19 (on Oct. 2, 2004) produced some 30 countables, of which 15 were in the 1.5-2.0cm range, plus, of course, hundreds of tiny ones that I don't count. So, this thing definitely works!! I follow Dr. Clark's recipe "by the book".
Also, I find it interesting to note that I basically do the bowel/colon cleanse on an ongoing basis (since Feb. 2003 - when I started this entire process of cleansing), did 2 kidney flushes so far, 2 parasite cleanses (I used ParaGone), and did the Q10 thingie twice, as well, PLUS the complete dental cleanup as per Dr. Clark. (Yeah, I know, I could have bought a decent car instead of driving a rusty old one, but hey! I had to prioritize, right?) The ONLY thing I did differently this time, was that instead of adding 20 drops of Black-Walnut Tincture to the OO/GF mix, I added 2 dropfuls - I was 2 hours late starting the flush, and I was in no mood to count.
Whatever it was that got the buggers out, I'm glad it worked!

I do not care for any medical reports, or numbers (mind you, I DO love numbers), I don't care what my Dr. thinks, I do not care what ANYONE else thinks (some think I'm completely crazy for doing what I've been doing: cleansing, watching what I eat, saying "no" to junk food, etc.)
I do not care about ANYTHING except the way I feel. My Fibromyalgia is 99% gone, brainfog 100% gone, skin much-much-much better, hair+nails better, energy level increased unbelievably, Depression gone, 18-20 pounds gone, hemorrhoids gone, PMS GONE!!! Now, THIS is enough proof for me, and if this defines a crazy person, you know what?? I LOVE being crazy!

P.S. I have not bothered my M.D. since February 2003...
