MoreThis is a reply to # 1,516,730I worried about that also. Histapenia can acuse schizoprenic type symptoms and low sex drive amonst others Depression etc. I've been at both ends of the histamine scale.

Is there any possibility TMG can cause over methylation?
I have never heard of this occurring so I looked in to it and the whole thing seems to be in debate. All the sites saying yes just repeat each other word for word without any explanation. I found several sites that said no and they went in to a little more explanation. In short they say SAMe is a problem but not TMG due to the differences in the way they are metabolized.
and if so what would the symptoms be.

No, it is a very safe supplement, and the best sources I could find say that it is not a problem for overmethylation due to the way it is metabolized.
