A good friend of mine called me last night and said her coworkers took her to the emergency room yesterday morning because they thought she was having a heart attack.  She said all of a sudden she had this stabbing pain in her chest and in the area of her ribs and it was like a knife was being twisted inside her. Well of course that scared her badly which in turn caused her to have shortness of breath, heavy, pounding heartbeat, sweating and just in general she was freaking out.

Of course the hospital did all kinds of tests like EKG, blood work and they did an ultrasound.  They gave her some nasty purple stuff to drink to numb her whole digestive tract to take the pain away.  The ultrasound showed a very large gallstone in her gallbladder.  They made an appointment for her with a specialist for Monday because they said she had to have surgery right away to get that stone out.

When she told me all this I begged to differ with the doctors lol. My friend knows nothing about natural healing so I've been searching the forum looking for what would help her.  Here is what I've come up with so far.  She hasn't had the best diet, lots of fried fatty foods which contribute to a congested liver which leads to gallstones and if not taken care of could lead to pancreas trouble.

So I'm thinking that she needs to do a colon cleanse with both the IF's, coffee enemas and liver flushes.  I've read many posts by Uny regarding gallbladder/liver issues, I'm going to combine them in an email and send them to her.  If she wants to take on the task of healing her own body instead of relying on the doctors carving her up I'll make sure she comes to the forum.

This happening to my friend has really hit home with me. While she has eaten lots of fried fatty food, at the same time she loves veggies and eats lots of them, whereas as I don't like veggies and have to drink mine in green smoothies lol, but I'm learning to slowly add different kinds of veggies.  

My point is that we need to learn to cleanse our bodies before it comes to something like very painful gallstones or worse.  Just think how much easier it would be to cleanse instead of deal with a disease because we didn't cleanse.  I would love to be able to get the point across to everyone I know just how important it is to do the cleansing work before the illness or disease shows up but I can't very well preach to someone about it if I haven't done it myself!  So, drumroll please lol, I'm going to order the stuff for the coffee enemas and start there. Then I'll be moving on to liver fllushing.  I've told my husband I want a Omega Vert for Christmas and then I'll do a juice fast. I'm gonna get this ole body cleaned out good lol!
