My daughter and I did some acting out recently, after seeing the "Titanically-similar grand staircase" (at the cancer center of a hospital north of us, of all places).

You're right. Without a romantic storyline - forgeddaboudit.

However, if you'll note (look at 2minutes, 2seconds), it appears that the main character (John Cusack) gets his ex-wife back.



So, depending on how well the scriipt is written, (and how well people accept John in that type of role) will determine the romantic aspect of the movie.

Intended way:
A few other scenes hint that this movie is preparing to make people blindly accept a probable major up-and-coming deception - on many levels.

Still, I must see this film. lol. Just wish I wouldn't have to view it alone. Hubby won't go, and I don't think my daughter will be able to handle it. She couldn't handle "Knowing", with Nicholas Cage! Just too fearful; (I went through some real guilt just for taking her.) She was 12.
