I'm in a rush right now but I did start out with sublinquals in the late 90's (98 or thereabouts) they did absolutely NOTHING for me.

I eventually went to this alternative doctor who gave all sorts of treatments, vitamin drips, chelation, etc. and he charge me $45 per shot of B-12.

I said to myself, you cheap, greedy .....slslslssl if you think you are getting yet another upscale home out of me, think again!!!!!!!! Sorry, but I do hate the medical profession, even in the alternative it is very hard to find a real doctor who is not in it to suck you dry of every penny.

So, I cannot remember who gave me my first prescription but I have been giving myself 1cc methyl b-12 for years. The syringes you can get online with no prescription and if you are in Florida you don't need a prescription for them at any drug store. I buy them 100 to a box, 10 to a bag, 1/2 inch but forget what the gauge is.
