If you go to your local health food store, you will find many products to cleanse your colon and rid your body of parasites. (Don't forget your liver) The Internet is full of information, too.

I have used "Renew Life" products for several cleanses. I also order from Dr. Schulze . (1-800-herbdoc) Have you read Dr. Clark on this website? She offers great information.

Psyllium husk and liquid Bentonite are a great colon cleanse...Yerba Prima and Sonne's are two product lines that are pretty easy to locate in most health food stores.

Holistic Horizons is also an excellent colon cleanse...it does not use bentonite...also more difficult to locate...HolisticHorizons.com.

ParaGone, Clarkia and Old Amish Dewormer are all good parasite programs...the last two are ordered online.

You may need more than 3 months on the colon cleanse...but less on the parasite cleanse.
