Hi skipper-dog,
I had the same reaction to salt water enema just two days ago. I have been for many years on a low salt diet and I realize that my body absorbs a lot of salt from the salt water enema even though it is not supposed to do that.
I have found through experience that if my body has been on a low salt diet and my sodium level is somewhat lower than normal, it will absorb salt quite readily from a salt water enema. The only time I can tolerate a saline enema is when I take several large soapsuds enemas which I am sure somewhat dehydrates me. I do take a sale water enema after what I call a large volume coffee enema with Epsom salts. This enema is dehydrating. Refer to my blog, "My challenge", link below.

Hi skipper-dog,
I will attempt to answer all your questions.
First, I also have a real aversion to vomiting, so nothing in my protocol tends to induce vomiting.
Most of my treatment was due to very high blood pressure and high cholesterol. In addition I had severe food allergies. Of course during the early part of my treatment I did not know that I had diabetes, But then I found out and started my actual challenge of curing my diabetes. I have been off of all diabetic drugs for over 3 years. So my protocol worked for me.
I drink only one glass of warm lemon juice drink every morning before doing anything else. It was the first thing I did.
In 1989 I discovered that I had high blood pressure and was given several different allopathic medications. I had some very severe bad reaction to these and had to quit taking them. At this point I was out of my wits on what to do. I consulted a naturopathic doctor and he changed my diet, put me a regimen of daily exercise and daily enemas Needless to say I was very surprised but tried to follow his advice which was very difficult and very time consuming. At some point I started researching alternative medicine, which had interested me since my teens, and tried many different protocols. My challenge described what I discovered worked for me. I still follow a very modified version of it.
As far as to where to buy enema kits goes, my preference was Rojo Enterprise but unfortunately John Rojo, the owner, died about a month ago. His business folded. So now I need to find another supplier. You can get a “green” or “blue” tip which has a 7/8" bulb on the end and help prevent “accidents”. That is what I use.
I hope this gives you an idea of what I have done and what you can accomplish.
