The implications are truly chilling. "The RFID chip will alert the user"...and who else? to what end?
And this patent is approved 'conveniently' right before the vaccines? VeriChip HAS a market, or they wouldn't have made them...I doubt tens of thousands of people will be lining up to willingly have one inserted.
The chip can detect "biological threats"...would that be, uhm, like GM foods, fluoride, H1N1 vaccines and RFID chips? :::sigh:::

(Reuters) - Shares of VeriChip Corp (CHIP.O) tripled after the company said it had been granted an exclusive license to two patents, which will help it to develop implantable virus detection systems in humans.
The patents, held by VeriChip partner Receptors LLC, relate to biosensors that can detect the H1N1 and other viruses, and biological threats such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VeriChip said in a statement.
The technology will combine with VeriChip's implantable radio frequency identification devices to develop virus triage detection systems.
The triage system will provide multiple levels of identification -- the first will identify the agent as virus or non-virus, the second level will classify the virus and alert the user to the presence of pandemic threat viruses and the third level will identify the precise pathogen, VeriChip said in a white paper published May 7, 2009.
Shares of VeriChip were up 186 percent at $3.28 Monday late afternoon trade on Nasdaq. They had touched a year high of $3.43 earlier in the session.

Unfortunately, I think there will be tens of thousands of people lining up for such things. They really have no idea what they are doing or the consequences they will face....- a different option. Re: VeriChip sha... unyquity

I am NOT willing! I *AM* a VERY powerful spirit-being. I *AM* going to do my best to make SURE that nobody I know "lines up" for any vaccine or RFID chip. And if EVERYBODY on CZ effectively teaches and warns just 5 other people, and they do the same, and they do the same...there will be NO forced vaccine or RFID chip (or Genetically-Modified food, or fluoride in the water, etc).
1% of the population can NOT control 99% of the population...unless the 99% ALLOW IT!
I am, and always will be, a TRUE patriot. I believe that we as human being have the RIGHT to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...not just citizens of the US, but every person in the world.
This 'fake tyranny' has gone on LONG ENOUGH! It's gone on so long that people actually believe it is real, before it has even happened! (Hmmm, I wonder who instigated THAT?)
If everyone stopped living in fear, apathy and defeat (before the 'defeat' ever even happens), we can ensure our own freedom. If we do nothing? We ENSURE our own defeat & enslavement. ENOUGH ALREADY! We are FAR from defeated!

This is a reply to # 1,494,7801.) Government Health Care is always (and must be) tied to a National ID system. Obamy and the "New Flu" bring a convergence of needs and schemes.
2.) A smart Sheeple Keeper™ knows that a micro chip ID is the best form of National ID.
3.) Wheee! Meet the "Smart Chip" that can identify biological threats, including virus, bacteria, high-blood pressure, tumors, etc.... and thus notify your Sheeple Keeper™ when you become ill, a.s.a.p.
4.) Government Health Care must be "mandated" for "all," we are told, or the system will fail.
5.) If they can force you to join the system, they can force you to take the system-approved treatments (for many reasons, including the cost-effectiveness of saving you now, before your symptoms become worse.
6.) Will the Smart Chip detect evil thoughts?
7.) Will the Smart Chip make it easier for the Sheeple Keeper™ to target non-desirables and other Useless Eaters with "Hot Lots" or time-delayed incurable diseases for groups that won't be needed past the age of 25, 35, 48 or whatever?
Do you think if we beg and wheedle hard enough, the Sheeple Keeper™ will include a Blackberry Phone and Free Internet in our "Smart Chip?"

This is a reply to # 1,494,828A "hot lot" is a bad batch of vaccine.
Similar to a "hot shot," which is a bad dose of "stuff" or "junk." Actually immunization products are also "junk," but a "hot shot" usually kills you immediately and vaccine from a "hot lot" may affect you immediately or at some later time.
For the medical record, manufacturers must keep track of batches or runs of their product, while those who push street drugs are not required by law to do so (and usually don't).

This is a reply to # 1,494,909Y'all are getting way ahead of yourselves.
There is not going to be a mandatory swine flu vaccine. This chip may or may not be in it.
However, what will happen is certain subsets of the population will be marketed to for this chip such as the elderly, and the young, or others with compromised immune systems more susceptible to a pandemic virus.
After a period of time, maybe a few years, maybe 10 years, maybe longer.. the line defining the middle point between the very young and the elderly will blur and people in the middle will start getting the chip, because by this time uses for it will have expanded. In addition to detecting deadly viruses, this RFID device will be used in place of carrying a wallet full of debit and credit cards. It may be used for starting your car instead of carrying keys, maybe it would even be useful for gaining entry into secure entry points such as military bases, or secured office buildings.
For a while at least, there will always be the option of doing things the old fashioned way with keys, credit cards, ID cards, etc.
As more and more people become comfortable with, and accustomed to, the ease and simplicity of this "new" way of life businesses will slowly, at first, begin phasing out accepting credit and debit cards that you swipe, automobile manufacturers will stop producing vehicles with key ignitions, the military will stop producing IDs, and so on and so on.
Then, life as we know it will be impossible without us all having this RFID placed inside of us.
That all being said, there is still time to do something about it... in the short term.
We may be able to defeat things this time, maybe the next time too. However, with each battle there will be a smaller and smaller army of resistance. The imperial powers will not go away as they have an agenda to fulfill.
I cannot even begin to predict when this will be a way of life with how fast things are changing faster and faster. Maybe 15 to 25 years???

This is a reply to # 1,495,077I must say, if the RFID chips in any form come out in a recession, then it shows where the money is not going - to help the unemployed. The chips are made elsewhere, so employment is not stimulated in the recessive economy.
I work in a medical environment and will attest that the RFID technology is only best used for people with critical diseases like Alzheimer's and will not remember who or where they are - IDing such people makes sense.
As for the entire populace, it is a biblical prophecy waiting for the right moment to happen. The 911 scare to pass the backwardly named Patriot Acts that politicians skew. Then the so-called pandemic flu that seems like a poorly planned attempt hits the air waves, but is successful by utilizing mass media to subdue people with busy lives and no time to think. These people are everywhere, taking care of their kids, working, and with little to no time for themselves - they seek any available moment to relax, enjoy, and live what little life they have.
As I stated earlier, even in the medical environment, the FLU shots are in our emails, Intranet, wall fliers, and talked about amongst staff. I would say at least half the employees religiously believe that it's for the best without considering any other possibility. Some religiously take the annual free flu shots anyway. I can attest that most people, within a week, start to show flu symptoms. Some take the flu shots, knowing it's a scam, just to avoid the policies for not getting the shot. For instance, where I work, they will make it mandatory to wear a mask for those that did not receive a flu shot. Who's going to enforce it? I asked. No one unless some big shot comes down from some office. They give out a 2 mm size sticker placed on an ID badge indicating you've had your shot. The ID badges have RFID in them, but it's only for getting into authorized areas.
Working in the medical field, I must say that I observe the constant drug pushing going on. Over 1/2 the medications are patented drugs dispensed to patients. Some receive Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, or other therapies depending on their condition. This whole flu shot fiasco, in my opinion, is a test of the American people, the world's inhabitants, and their reaction to the poorly planned, studied, and identified flu and vaccine.
However, there are also many that will refuse the vaccine in the medical field, I hope. Once October hits, I will report the ratio of staff that received the shot. October is the month when they will attempt to make staff wear masks that did not take the shot(s).
