I copied in this post and was hoping you could tell me what would one take with the fruit pectin- what exactly is Calcium phosphate compounds?
The fruit pectin is a product purchased at the grocery store as if for making jellies or jams, right?

Hi FF,
The joints of your bones has Cartilage or may we say cushion material between the ends of the bones which cushion and lubricate and are part of the sockets where the bones fit together!
This Cartilage material or joint material as you may want to call it, may be made of a gelatin like material which may be made from a substance like as that fruit pectin makes when it reacts with certain Alkaline Minerals such as Calcium phosphate compounds!
The phosphate is acidic and it binds the calcium with other Alkaline Minerals to make the cartilage or joint material with the aid of fruit pectin like materials!
So, it is just a way for people to help rebuild worn out joints in your body, by using some fruit pectin each day to aide in the rebuilding process which is neccessary to rebuild your worn out joint bones and sockets!
The fruit pectin just supplies ingredients which may combine with the needed Alkaline Minerals to form new joints!

Since I cut out the poor quality greens and veg and increased my consumption of top quality fresh fruit, my joints, especially my knees, are much better in a bit under 4 months.
I am quite sure the 32+ VVF pluots I have been eating lots of have much to do with this. When cooked lightly, they jell up very well on their own and need no sweetener at all.
I suspect that fruit pectin, like so many other things, is only as good for us as its source. While eating average foods and adding the store-bought pectin may help some, nothing beats finding and eating top quality foods for at least 10-20% of one's daily consumption and eliminating poor ones entirely.

I totally agree with you, however, don't you live in Calfornia where fruits and veggies are grown year round?
Oh, to be so lucky... I live in Indiana where farmers bring their produce to town on weekends and occasionally during the week if we're lucky.
These vendors have already packed it up and left for the summer! So, I'm back to the grocery store produce. The cut end of the broccoli (and everything else) is so brown and dry it's been cut a month ago! Grapes here always come on a brown dried up stem, I think they use glue to keep the grapes attached to them!
I don't want to use man-made anything (fruit pectin) but I read it here at Curezone and hey... I'll try anything you folks approve!
BTW, I love pluots! ...and peaches, plums, watermelon, grapes, mangoes, pineapple........... :-)
