I really want to win a house. The type of house where you buy a ticket in their lottery.
I have been to the house, imagined myself living there. They have decorated in my style. I have pictures of it on my fridge and I look at it everyday and feel it's my house.
I have also bought a ticket of course ;-)
What else can I do to bring the winning energy to me.

First of all, I really, really don't want to rain on your parade but are you sure this doesn't fall under "careful, you just might get what you wish for"? By that, I mean that it would be wonderful if you did win the house but... Do you have the money to pay the taxes on your win? You will be taxed on the value of the house. For exmaple, if it is worth $200,000 and you win it, it will be like you earned $200,000 this year. Thus, you will be taxed at that level. Also, do you have a job that pays you enough to pay the yearly property taxes, utilities and upkeep? Food for thought...
Have you told the universe what it is you want? When telling the universe what you want, you have to be very specific. So, my suggestion would be to not only ask for the house but also for the money for the taxes, etc.
You can try lighting candles. Do a google search on this topic to see what color candles you should light, how often you should light them and any words you must say as you light and extinguish them.
Have you purchased "The Secret"? You can buy it on CDs and listen to it or you can buy it in book or movie form.
Finally, positive thinking helps. And remember if you have prayed on this, then as they say, "let go and let God". Good luck!

I have done a small course in 'The Secret'. The CD's are overpriced and only making the sellers achieve wealth.

Don't limit how the U can deliver wanted things into being ... to think that the only way the U might deliver this house through a winning ticket is limiting, no?
Also, thinking this house would change your life doesn't put you in the vibration of attracting it.
You have to be happy NOW. Happiness (joy, love, appreciation in the NOW) is a vibrational match to all things wanted.
To attract wanted things, you must be a vibrational match to it, so you could start off by:
1. Making peace with where you are by appreciating all that you already have ....
2. Think about WHY you want it ... why puts you in the vibrational vicinity, thinking about HOW it will be delivered is not your job ... leave the U to muster all the cooperative components together to deliver the best solution.

I would add that your language seems to be saying you kind of hold it as something that needs to be won. That may hold it further away. When "attracting" anything, open up to a wider field of possibilities as to how it will be created by you. Lotteries are only one way. Inheritance may be another. There are a myriad of ways.
Also the key that is often missed is act as if.... meaning you already have it, enjoy it, feel it. Experience from the end point of already having it. Become an actor/actress.
Make it as real as you can and include all senses and emotions. Then your vibe will be a match. Oh and the best time to do it is before bed and just as you awaken because your brainwave is close to trance where manifestation is at the right carrier wave.
The thing about manifesting is that most people get in their won way due to unconscious filters that hinder the creation. Work on that more than trying to be at the right vibration.
There is a great book by Neville Goddard called "The Law and the Promise." Get it, it gets to the core of it.

This is a reply to # 1,501,377Sorry to hear that. From what I've recently read when asking the Universe for something you really want, it's often times best not to be too specific. I read an example recently on how to go about this --- Say, for example, your car broke down and it was old, thus having irreparable damage. You want and need a new car because you have to go to work. The best way to ask would be --- "I need a ride to and from work next Monday." Not, "I want a new car by next Monday." You can still tell the Universe that you intend to buy a new car and that you need to get to work. It's just that in the immediate future, your main concern would be getting to and from work.
Perhaps, you can tell the Universe that you want a new house, similar to the one you had hoped to win. Then be open to all possibilities when it comes to making that happen.
I know it takes work to be able to manifest something---it's still something I'm working on for myself.
