Making the Drink
• Prepare the pickling lime water by adding 1 tablespoon of Pickling Lime Powder to 1 gallon of distilled water. This will make 1 gallon of pickling lime water that should last one person between a few days and a couple weeks depending on how much you are drinking.
• Next pour the lemon juice (1/4 to 1/2 a lemon depending on the size of the lemon) into a large sized (16 ounce) water glass.
• Slowly add the pickling lime water until you see a visible color change. The color should change from clear white color or pale yellow color to a deeper yellow color.
• Next add the blackstrap molasses.
• Finally fill the rest of the glass up with purified water.
The taste of the drink should be slightly sweet from the molasses and neutral tasting. If the drink
tastes tart, add additional pickling lime water, if it tastes chalky, add additional lemon juice until you
get the neutral slightly sweet taste.
The kelp can be taken in two different ways. If you prefer, you may add it to the drink itself. The way I prefer to take the kelp is to put the tablespoon of kelp into a separate bowl. To this I add a few spoonfuls of akalyzing superdrink that I just made so that all of the kelp is damp. Then I eat the kelp in a few bites with some fruit or vegetables.
Drink this drink slowly over the period of at least 30 minutes (preferably over 1-2 hours). In other words, do not gulp it down quickly. As your body becomes accustomed to the extra energy from the drink you can increase the amount of lemon juice and pickling lime water. Start out with very small amounts and increase them over time.
This can be taken as many times during the day as you like. Start out slowly again, maybe taking it 1-2 times a day. I personally have the drink between 2 and 3 times a day. It is a great energy boost and a great part of my overall health regimen.

You do not have to do it in this order but I have found that if you are making the drink with lemon juice, doing it in this order provides a visual cue (color change) for when you've added just enough pickling lime water to fully neutralize the lemon juice. It is harder to see when using ACV.
The lemon juice or ACV and pickling lime water should be increased together. Many people make the mistake of going easy on the pickling lime water but using full amounts of the lemon juice or ACV. This produces a tart drink that may provide too much acidity especially if the lemons are low BRIX or the ACV is low quality.
Edit: One needs to remember to add a small pinch of Epsom Salt and or take the Epsom Salt in water with each meal.
Meaning if one takes the Epsom Salt in the drink with a meal, then one would not need to take extra Epsom Salt in water with a meal! End Edit.

Alkalizing Baths that Detoxify Acids!
These baths may pull huge amounts of toxins and acids out of
your body fats into your lymphatic system, but if you do not
take a cold shower at the end, you may overload the body with
too many toxins and acids which it is trying to get rid of and
make yourself feel worse.
The ideal way is to start of slow, with a shorter soak time
and build up. I suggest you start with 10 minutes and build up
to 30 minutes.
There are a few baths that I will add here that can truly help
to alkalize you and start the removal of acidic wastes from
the body. Sometimes you will feel invigorated and sometimes
you will feel drained.
You can do these as often as you want.
You may also try these as foot baths, which may be
particularly effective if you have any problems with the lower
half of the body. Do not attempt these baths until you have
read ALL the notes below! Thank you!
BATH 1 with H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide):
* 2-3 cups of Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate) - approx 2 lbs
* 1-2 cups of Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) - approx 1 lb
*Edit: Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) - 1 pint to 1 quart of 3% solution OR 1.5
ounces of 35% solution - **please check safety notes below**
Run a hot bath and add all your ingredients apart from the
H2O2 - add that at the end and swirl it into the bath. You
want to SWEAT!! Try and stay as submerged as possible but do
NOT get the water into your eyes.
After 10-30 minutes, take a freezing cold shower for 1 minute,
or however long it takes for you to cool down.
BATH 2 with Calcium Hydroxide
* 2-3 cups of Magnesium sulphate(Epsom Salts)
* 1-2 tablespoons of Calcium hydroxide Powder (MUST be diluted
first - place the CH powder in a gallon of water to make sure
it's dispersed, please check notes below) **Please read safety
notes below**
Edit:Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) - 1 pint to 1 Quart of 3% solution OR 1.5
ounces of 35% solution - **please check safety notes below**
Run a hot bath and add all your ingredients. You want to
SWEAT!! You WILL sweat! Try and stay as submerged as possible
but do NOT get the water into your eyes.
I would not recommend this bath to those that have cronic
disease because it is so powerful - wait till you are a little
stronger.
After 10-30 minutes take a freezing cold shower for 1 minute,
or however long it takes for you to cool down. This is
essential! (Please read health notes below).
BATH 3 with Apple Cider Vinegar
* 2-3 cups of Magnesium sulphate(Epsom Salts)
* 2 Cups of Apple Cider Vinegar

ounces of 35% solution - **please check safety notes below**
Run a hot bath and add all your ingredients. You want to
SWEAT!! Try and stay as submerged as possible.
This bath is great for those with skin problems such as eczema
or acne. It's fanatastic for those who have dry, itchy skin
conditions. It also helps edema/swelling. It's a great bath
for those who have too much sodium in their body, as the high
potassium content of the ACV is an antonist for sodium.
After 10-30 minutes take a freezing cold shower for 1 minute,
or however long it takes for you to cool down. This is
essential! (Please read health notes below).
VARIATIONS:
**If you can, skin brush before getting into the bath - this
starts lymphatic movement and will help you detoxify more.
**If you're really brave and want to open up your pores more,
take 50mg of Niacin B3 (you MUST get the flush version). Take
this on an empty stomach 10 minutes before getting into the
bath. Your body will flush red and you will feel your skin is
prickly, the sensation should last 30-60 minutes, but this is
a really powerful way to sweat and open up your pores for more
efficient detoxification. You can combine this with skin
brushing.
** You can add some kelp as minerals if you have skin problems
(but you'll stink!!)
** you can also add oregano oil, cayenne pepper, ginger powder
... all are wonderful at creating more sweat and heat.
** You can spray your body (avoid eyes) a few minutes before
and staright after the bath with 3% Hydrogen peroxide, and
that will help to alkalize you even more
For those who do not have a bath at home, you have options of
doing alkalizing foot baths or alkalizing showers.
GENERAL KEY HEALTH NOTES:
**Make sure you're well hydrated before the bath, also take a
herbal tea into the bathroom with you and sip whilst bathing.
I like to take ginger and lemon, peppermint, elderberry or
dandelion.
** If you are extremely ill and weak, these baths can feel
exhausting. Please make sure someone is around should you need
to get some help out of the bath! Only stay in the bath as
long as you can take it, if that means starting with 5 or 10
minutes, go for it! Alternatively, just try alkalizing foot
baths to begin with.
**The hydrogen peroxide supplies the Extra Oxygen which is
needed by the body for the Electrical charges.
** Baking Soda is called Bicarbonate of soda or Sodium
bicarbonate (NaHCO3). The Baking soda provides extra Sodium in
the water which may help neutralise the excess acids which the
Epsom Salts pulls out of the body among other things, so
helping the body to heal much faster.
**These detox baths cause the body to get rid of Toxins
through Sweating through the pores, and it is essential that
the water is very warm/hot and can stay that way through out
the duration of bathing. It is the heat of the hot water which
causes the Acidic Nitrogen Isotope to be drawn out of the
body.
**The reason people feel so exhausted after soaking is because
of the amount of acids which have been released from your body
fats, into your Lymphatic system on their way to be eliminated
out through your skin pores. The Acids which would be causing
the most problem may be the Nitrogen Acid Isotope along with
any other toxins, which is the reason for taking the cold
shower afterwards, yet you only need to shower cold, long
enough to take the heat out of your skin on the outer body!
Taking this cold shower afterwards, stops the release of any
more acids so you may recover from having too many acids to
overload the Lymphatic system, which may cause one to feel
poorly, if the acid release isn't stopped. Everything should
be done in cycles, so the body may recover. Release some acids
and allow the body to dispose of them and relax for a while
and start the cycle over again.
**You can do these baths as often as daily, but that may be
too much for some.
**People are cautioned to start out slow at first. Also to
make the point clear about the cold shower after wards, the
importance of this cold shower, is it may help throw the body
to the Alkaline side, if done properly and you have not caused
too many Toxins and Acids to be released into the Lymphatic
system. In other wards, if one does the Hot bath and then does
not take the cold shower, then this allows the body to remain
too acidic! The cold shower is very important in the end of
the process or the body may be more acidic than in the
beginning from all the Toxins and Acids which may have been
released into the Lymphatic system!
**Should you find you feel worse, (like having flu like
symptoms) you may help yourself temporarily by taking one full
Tablespoonful of Baking Soda in an 8oz glass of water and
drinking this over a 30 minuite time period, not sooner! This
may help correct the imbalance of your ratios between the
Sodium and Potassium which you may suffering from. This may
help neutralise the excess acids temporaily plus correct the
sodium to potassium ratio
.................
****IMPORTANT - SAFETY NOTES - PLEASE READ!****
CALCIUM HYDROXIDE (also known as - pickling
lime/Ca(OH)2/slaked lime/biocalc/lime water etc.)
In concentrated powdered form, this stuff is a skin, eye and
respiratory irritant. It is CORROSIVE and causes burns. Should
you be using this concentrated form to dilute with water
before use, please protect yourself by wearing safety glasses,
gloves and minimize your exposure to the dust itself.
This powder is also incompatable with strong acids! So, the
more acidic you are the smaller your dose should be! Start
small and slow, and add more after checking your response. We
are all unique, so someone else's ideal doseage may not be the
same as yours.
My suggestion is to make up your solution outdoors. This
powder is very fine and fluffy, it'd be easy to accidently
spill some on your kitchen or bathroom floor for unsuspecting
kids and pets to walk on.
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE (H2O2) I know some are using the 3% and some
of us are diluting the 35%
The 35% is very strong. If you accidently spill some on your
skin it will cause white burns. Immediately splash that body
part in cold water for 15 minutes and spray with apple cider
vinegar.
Never store your 35% H2O2 in a glass jar. It arrives in a
plastic container for a reason. The food grade H2O2 contains
no stabilisers and breaks down over time releasing oxygen gas,
which builds up pressure and may burst your glass container!
Never get the peroxide in your eyes!!!!!!!!!!! Ed McCabe
(author of Flood Your Body With Oxygen) says getting this
stuff in your eyes can result in cataracts. It doesn't mix
well with the cells in your eyes. Splashing into the eyes can
cause PERMANENT tissue distruction. If you do get some in your
eyes, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least
15 minutes, lifting lower and upper eyelids occasionally. Get
medical attention immediately.
If accidental swallowing occurs, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give
large quantities of water. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. Get medical attention immediately.
Extra Note: In our quest to alkalise yourselves, please don't
take any risks. Do only what you are comfortable with and do
your research. It isn't a bad thing to question someone about
their recommendations. PLEASE keep these products out of reach
from children and pets.
I have also read certain sources that indicate that people who
have a urine acidity rating of 6 and below should start with
foot baths before proceeding to full baths. Full baths can
start at 6.5 acidity.
Edit: The Peroxide should be added to "ALL" of the Different Baths, this was not included in the orginal website!

was up and running), could either of you elaborate on which bath would be best
for maintenance and why.
In other words I "alternate" every night between "ES - ACV" and the "ES -H2O2 -

Answer: Each person may have different levels of Sodium to Potassium in their
bodys depending upon several factors, which may Cause different reactions to

Generally folks who have extra Fat and are overweight, they may have too much
Sodium in ratio to the amount of needed Potassium in their bodys?
And thin folks without a lot of Fat or Water retention may not have as much
Excess of Sodium?
With that said, there may be the Internal-cell vs External-cell levels and
ratios of Sodium to Potassium to be considered?
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
So, one may not say this is so all of the time or that is so all of the time,
for we need to consider the different Isotopes of Energy involved and whether we
are dealing with E1 or E2 energy and if each of these are Positive or Negative
at the time in question?
But, to try to Simplify this issue in laymans terms:
All Detox Soak baths may utilize the peroxide all of the time for Positive
results using from 1 pint up to 3-4 quarts of 3% Peroxide!
Most of the Detox Soak baths may also utilize Epsom Salt all of the time in
varied amounts from 1-2 pounds or 1-2 cups! And it may be as little as only 1
Tablespoonful with the ACV sometimes?
Some of the Detox Soak baths may utilize Baking Soda some of the time using 1-2
pounds or 1-2 cups !
Some of the Detox Soak baths may utilize ACV some of the time using 1-2 cups or
Less or More depending on the mix and ones condition!
Some of the Detox Soak baths may utilize a very small amount of Lime water made
with the Calcium Hydroxide some of the time, but one needs to be very careful to
not use too much as it is very Powerful !
And we may be talking about only 1 teaspoonful or Less of the Calcium Hydroxide
powder pre-diluted in water starting out with it and then added to a Full tub of
water for a full body Soak?
And the use of the Calcium Hydroxide may at first cause weakness in the body
when one uses too much of it because of it's Powerfulness to work against Acids
and Toxins in the body, which may be released into the Lymphatic Fluids from the
Fatty Acids stored in the tissue of the body and the body then has to deal with
getting rid of these out of the Lymphatic fluids before being able to not feel
stressed out from this load into the Lymphatic fluids of these Acids and Toxins
!
So, the question may be when may one use the baking soda and or ACV to obtain
Better Results?
A person who needs to lose weight may be Better to not add the Baking Soda or at
Least alternate it's use, but to replace the Baking Soda with the Calcium
hydroxide ingredient?
This is a problem each person may need to learn to work out for their own needs?
And the way we may learn to do this may be that if we use either the baking soda
or the ACV, we need to try the bath with it and without it and see how our body
responds, or may we say what our body has to tell us?
So, what is it that we need to learn that our body may tell us?
If we use an ingredient and afterwards we have less energy or may we say do not
make a Gain over the next 24 hours of feeling better from using this ingredient
or mix, then this ingredient may not be causing our body to Release Positive

This does not mean that in the future we may not do well using this ingredient,
but just that in our present condition our body may do better without it?
And some may do better by using some baking soda in one bath and then the next
bath us ACV instead?
And it may have something to do with what our present Sodium to Potassium ratios
may be in our body as well as our Calcium to Magnesium ratios may be and what
each of these may be in ratio to each other?
So, may be the reason "WHY" as our ratios change in our body, then so may our
bodys need for another ingredient over another?
The Reason for using the ACV may be to rehydrate the skin as it becomes dried

The ACV seems to be able to help keep the skin soft and smooth by how it's

the body to make a different reaction each soak and produce a release of more
Electro-magnetic Energy to Power your body Better?
Now to add another twist to this whole idea of if to use the Baking Soda and or
ACV with the other ingredients:
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
For this twist, we may need to consider that there may be two different
possibilities, which may take place when using Baking Soda in the Soak?
One possibility is that the Baking Soda will help Neutralize the Excess Acids
and may add Sodium to the bodys ratios against the Potassium levels, thus
raising the Sodium ratio to the Potassium ratio in the bodys Lymphatic fluids?
Yet, the opposite effect may also take place when using Baking Soda?
I told you there was a Different Twist to it all !
And in this second case the Baking Soda may instead cause Excess Sodium to be
pulled out of the body Tissues, instead of the normal thinking that the body may
absorb more Sodium into it's Tissues?
Remember my talking about E1 & E2 and the question of if these are carrying a
Positive charge or a Negative charge to them in the media in question?
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
And when a person learns a little bit of this info and lets it go to his or her
head, it may cause a Big head and get the person in much trouble, because not
everything may be as it may first seem to be !
So remember to listen to what your body is trying to tell you, and follow it's

That is why you must study all the important posts on this forum with ratings of BSA R RR RRR. We will guide you but you must do your part or you will not be successful in all of this.
It will take you much study to understand why we need calcium. I can't explain in one post. Sorry, I wish I could though. Don't forget to do searches within the forum on calcium or limewater.

Answer: I do not suggest ingesting Elemental Iodine of any form of which iodral is. One may easily overdose on iodral and become Poisoned, just read the Poison label.
I suggest using Natural Kelp to supply needed Natural Iodine bound with many needed Alkaline Minerals and Live Carbons!
Most folks are short of needed Calcium and the Lime Water is a Very effective method of supplying Calcium mixed with the Alkalizing Drink!

Answer: If you have capsules and not Tablets, then the capsules have Powdered kelp in them and are ok to take the capsules!
But you need to learn what kind of powdered kelp is in the capsules you have, because some kinds of kelp may work better than others!

The pH paper in rolls from Swanson's is accessible around the world and affordable when one buys in bulk to reduce shipping costs.
AFAIK, most of us may be using it.
Others may read diff, and colors may not transmit accurately enough in pics.

The color of the pH paper color must be compared with the chart of the roll. As there are many manufacturers as well as many graduation schemes, saying in a post what the color is unfortunately does not tell much.
PH testing is just a tool. What helps is to see how it measures and evolves with time.
After a while you might be able to relate changes in your symptoms with changes in your pH. Ex more pain as pH lowers. More brain fog ...
Urine pH of 5 maybe a concern if it is always at that figure. Also when was it taken?
What do you eat? Are you doing any cleansing? Do you drink a lot of water? Do you do a lot of physical activities?
These are a few things that can affect the pH values.
