Hiatal hernias actually results from the stomach pushing up through the diaphragm. There are several ways to deal with this. Some chiropractors can push the stomach back through. Not all chiropractors know how to do this so you may have to call around to find one that knows how to do this.
Another way to do this at home that I have heard of numerous times and makes a lot of sense is to drink enough water to fill the stomach. Then step up on a strong box or something else that sits about a foot or two off the ground then hop off. The principle is that the weight of the water will pull the stomach downward when you hit the ground pulling the protruding part of the stomach back through the diaphragm.
As for the prostate zinc is really important. You can get zinc from raw pumpkin seeds, which also provide essential fatty acids that also aid the prostate. Otherwise supplements can be used for a total of 50mg daily. For selenium I recommend 200mcg 3 times daily with meals. Try to find one combined with 2mg copper if possible. Saw palmetto and pygeum are both pretty good, but jiaogulan is more effective. Nettle leaf and root, bee pollen and licorice root are also very good choices.
i think i have a hiatal hernia and when i eat certain foods it sets off my heart to flutter.
bitters have helped alot though.
Acid reflux can trigger heart arrhythmias.
aye hopefully its just that, but i feel the constant urge to burp esp if i havent had food constant burping.
Swallowing air can cause this as well. The body heat then expands the air leading to the burping.
food before bitters was sitting undigested at the top, i vomit alot after big meals too doc prescribed me dopermeride or something which i havent tried as its anti-dopamine i think.
I have not heard of doperamide so I looked it up and it looks like it is another name for Imodium or at least it is closely related. The one I really found interesting was this part:

"Right now there are responsible vegan mothers out there taking fenugreek and doperamide in order to boost their breast milk supply "
I don't know what to make of that strange comment.
