It took me from 10:30pm to 4:10am to dislodge the clove of garlic. I tried two fingers, I tried one, I tried chopsticks, I tried filling with oil, I took an
Epsom Salt sitz bath, I did an
Epsom Salt enema, I tried to pick it out with a dental pick!, I tried to massage it out, I tried to bear down and squat it out, I tried, spinal twists, I tried breathing exercises, I tried pelvic exercises, rotations and other twists, I tried a spoon, I tried many other tools. Finally I got it out by reverting back to an earlier technique except triple filled myself with grapeseed oil and swirled a long narrow lube launcher I bought off amazon around in every crevice and as far in as it would go - circles, side to side, around and around, twists and turns and when I reached in it was completely dislodged and easy to reach and pull out. It had gotten lodged up in a corner of the right side of my cervix. I'm completely exhausted, but wanted to share in case anyone else goes through this and the other approaches aren't working. I probably derived this idea from the post regarding a yeast infection kit with a cream. I don't know what the shape and length of the applicator is for that, but if it is as long as you are deep and fairly narrow, it should work fine and ideally with oil. The "lube launcher" I have is blue off of amazon. It is not perfect and very messy, but it completely saved me since the thing was already in there for over 24 hours and starting to smell like the beginning of it going bad. It HAD to come out tonight! Boy, I'd like to vent and wine now, yes, there is more to wine about, but I'm going to go get some sleep. Best wishes. Use a string! Especially if you have fibroids!
