Before you can say anything you do not know for how long I fasted and at what frequency. How can you just go randomly saying that someone has an eating disorder from one very vague sentence. I have "read up" (probably much more than you) and I wish I was able to do a longer fast. I want to do a longer fast, but I never seem to be able to get up to a week. Therefore, I decided to work my way up from fasting for 1, then 2, then 3, then 4, then 6 days. As I did not enjoy going for 6 days, I decided to do a three day fast for a week. I know I will not get the same benefits of a longer fast, but it is a start. You do not have the right to judge me and just make assumptions about me like that. If you see my older posts you are going to realize that all of my short fasts were actually failed attempts to do a longer one, which I finally decided to give up until I can make the time to go to a fasting retreat.
I came to this board to ask for real advice from people who are knowledgeable about fasting and actually can give advice. I did not post here to have a bunch of people who don't have anything better to do than to label other people comment on my post.
