forgive me, all, i keep asking about this problem i'm having, trying to figure out what it is...

a while ago i started feeling like my panties were rubbing weirdly against my skin ...then i started to feel like like something was pressing from behind, the RIGHT side of my vaginal wall (and externally, i feel like that side of my outer labia, and down lower, has a very firm swelling to it ...and occasionally, my inner labia on that side gets a little swollen and raw) ...i can't go to a doctor and i can't even check internally, and by external feel, i can't feel anything on the surface ...i thought it could be a bartholin's gland abcess but the pressure is so vague, and i can't find any pictures online that could help me tell... and i have a long history of constipation so i thought i might have caused some sort of prolapse after one time too many of straining, AND I HAVE NOTICED THAT IT FLARES UP AFTER A Liver Flush (MANY VISITS TO THE BATHROOM...), but again i don't know based on what i'm feeling, and the weirdness that it seems to affect only one side...

have any of you experienced anything like this, or do you have any idea what it could be? i'm so sorry to keep coming back with my questions but, i wish i had some idea of what this was... hope to hear from someone... thanks, y'all, for always being here for me...
