Just a try. This worked for me: Two towels; roll up
a thick towel, place it on your pillow, lay sideways adjusting the towel under your jaw/neck. (This straitened
the rest of my spine, lifting the cervical neck section
up enough to align the whole spine.) If your hips hurt before, they won't now 'cause the towel acts as a fulcrum,
lifting the rest of the spine. (Don't use two pillows.)
Take another thick towel, roll it up like first towel,
place it on your ear-side-up aspect of your head, covering
your face, ear and neck. It just blots out all the sounds.
And with the two towels, I've never slept so gooooood!!!
Simple. Just try it; the towels may help. ...And you
won't hear the phone ring or the morning light won't wake
you up. How 'bout that?
Note: The object is to fill in the empty space between the back of your head through the curve of your neck to your shoulder, enough rolled up towel to support the vacant area.

P.S. Oh, and if that still doesn't do the trick, try
a rolled up towel or a soft pillow at your waistline , from
front to back, while laying on your side, filling up the indented curve at the waist. Yes, towels are our friends ... and pillows, too!
I also practice reflexology on me. There's some good
reflex books out there. Just pick out any one, go to the
chart pages and look up all the reflex info on spine and
massage away. This quiets nerve paths, very inducive to
good sleep. All's good!
