yes you said it right, thanks, i read the article, excellent, because i have been getting loads of sun recently, trying to get rid of my builders tan before i go to the uk, i look like i have a white strappy top and shorts on, so that takes care of that, and, i was taking my selenium and vit c with me so that's ok too, i'll up my selenium though. i am also getting some of my 10 Amalgams removed and the dentist said to take these before and after treatment, so all in all i'm pretty covered. cheers ears.

Is there a differ in taking selenomethaine or organically bound selenium? I have some of this that I need to use up and am wondering if there is a difference?
