Going all vegetable or all fruit or all meat or all anything will likely cause problems. I would focus more on a well rounded diet of pure whole foods. Eat whole foods like your ancestors did. Eat chicken stew/broth like your great grandma used to make.
Remove anything from your diet that is not food, like that which did not exist decades or hundreds of years ago, including most of what they add to 95% of the "food" at the grocery store. No
sulfites ,
preservatives , artificial anything, hydrogenated anything, anything you don't know, anything you aren't willing to eat a bowl of. Don't drink tap water - the chlorine, fluoride and aluminum will kill the microbes in your body that produce B12 (a building block of serotonin) among other things. Filtered water is better, spring water is better yet, best is water from your food like watermelon. Even bottled orange juice has had the enzymes pasteurized out of it - eat a chunk of watermelon, or a couple of oranges. Milk is an absolutely disgusting concoction of hormones and chemicals, unless you can get it raw natural grass fed and non-bovine.
Ever wonder why it's so hard to make home food taste like restaraunt food? Because of the chemicals restaraunts use to string out your taste buds until your own real food at home tastes bland.
Just finding a rotisserie chicken that hasn't been filled with
preservatives or chemical flavorings is difficult but it can be done and adapted into your lifestyle. Eat the cartilage and bone marrow and skin of the chicken. Chicken fat and coconut fat is good for you, canola and soy is not.
I do have an urge to eat raw meat and insects but like you said the
parasite factor trumps that idea, and healthy non-poisoned insects just aren't available for me to add to my diet. I avoid things that can accumulate in my body like pesticides, chemicals, and
parasites all of which can sabotage my future and create real health issues down the road.
I do not believe that constantly eating throughout the day is healthy because it keeps the digestive tract constantly working and overstressed. I also do not believe that humans should crap at least 3 times a day like you might hear - food needs time to be absorbed by the small and large intestines and if it goes through too soon you crap out nutrients.
Pineapple cores are great sources of natural fiber and raw papaya is a much better source of enzymes than the overpriced bottled enzyme supplements.
BTW I typically eat fruit in the morning and some kind of meat and greens later in the day, both larger simpler meals than someone who "snacks" all day long. I remove the skin from any fruit that is not organic and I will only eat berries and bananas if they are organic.
Those are just a few of my opinions lol....
