Everyone has a different personal situation, and a different personal limit.
Not everyone is lucky enough to have Dr Clark making the follow-up.

Only you knows really what is going on in you.
Starting with only a 7-20 session once a day is a good beginning to feel how we can react to a zapper.
= By zapping too much (everyone has its own “too much”) you can irritate the skin far enough to have small burns, due to the continuous use of Direct Current.
= You can kill “good parasites” and have a diarrhea, proving that the zapper works too in the intestinal track, if used for long periods.
= You can jam your elimination channels with too much dead parasites and have serious problems.
Think about water, an essential element for sustaining life, and what happens when you swallow REALLY too much of it!

Good progression

Dear Kairae,

As the designer of the AutoZap 5, I can say that it is not designed to zap on the 1000 Hz settings (for zappicators), and we do not use the old 2500 Hz or the 30,000Hz settings. I strongly suggest that you use the 5-minute RED light cycle for daily zapping, and the 15 and 30-minute GREEN light cycles for zappicating with the FreeCoil SuperZappicator. All of this is covered in detail in our AutoZap 5 instructions. Please use the 5-minute cycle for the best results, and you will be delighted.

The AutoZap 5 uses a completely NEW approach to zapping to get the zapping effect of the old 7/20/7/20/7 minute zapping in just 5 minutes flat, with no waiting or rest periods. Five years of testing bear this out. The really cool thing is that we achieve this with a signal that meets all of Hulda Clark 's specifications, yet is MUCH more gentle. The average voltage measured at the output is 70% lower than an old-style zapper, because I use a unique synthesized signal that acts like it is all the frequencies at once, from 1 kHz to over 500 kHz.
