As I seem to have a few issues with digesting seeds, I was wondering if the procedure of soaking, dehydrating, storing and then grinding before eating would have any bearing on the nutrient value?
If I could I'd grind them after soaking but they just stick the sides of the blender.
Would the enzyme inhibitors still be neutralizes? And would storing them after dehydrating still maintain the nutrient content?
