Hello everyone,
I posted this a couple of days ago, but noone answered (really not complaining ;) Just explaining, why I'm reposting it). Since charcoal seems to be an essential element of natural detox programs, I believe it's important to know, how to use it. So here's my former post:
I was wondering, for how long one should take activated charcoal.
Well, we're all taking it when doing the IP, since it is contained in the IF#2. And it is also suggested to take a daily extra amount (I believe 1 teaspoon per IF#2 serving)
But beyond those 30 days?
Is this something that we can/should take every day of our life?
Or for how long should we take it? And how long should (if at all) the break be, before we take it again)
And what would the dosage be?
