You say to take garlic and cayenne powder with the Unyworm. Duh, and I do, but did you mean to take it at the same time/with the dosages?

1 tsp Unyworm 3xday
3 (at least) cloves garlic a day
1/8-1 tsp hot cayenne powder (not tincture- it's not hot enough for this) a day

I ask because I thought I (and the future others) was supposed to take it on an empty stomach with 30 minutes between consuming anything either before or after taking it.

Also... since I have demonstrated that mood swings CAN occur while on a parasite cleanse, and since the parasite cleanse lasts for 30 days, what do you think about encouraging people to get some Nerve Sedative or St. John's Wort or something to go along with it?

Oh, yeah, and obviously they would be on IF#1 & 2 and drinking their gallon of fluid every day to keep things "movin' on out."
