Hi again Peggy, you say your bowel movements are more regular now in between colonics, and that is excellent. Since you are presently having
colonics on a regular basis, you may want to wait until you complete your initial series of 10 before modifying your current routine.
I'd suggest that in the meantime you focus on fundamentals, such as what you eat and drink, exercising, getting adequate sleep, but never letting yourself become constipated to the point of discomfort. That's the point in time when an enema can provide welcome relief, timed to your convenience.
After completing your initial series, you should discuss with your therapist a follow on schedule for maintenance. That might be anywhere from a
colonic every month, to once every quarter or so. That's when periodic enemas in between can help, especially if you are still prone to becoming constipated.
From a personal standpoint, I can tell you that enemas helped me keep active and maintain good health since long before I began practicing colon hydrotherapy professionally. I mentioned previously that my family on my mothers side seems to have a genetic pre-disposition to constipation, and I grew up often actually looking forward to my enemas as a child for the relief they provided.
Peggy, I am delighted to hear that you are experiencing good results from your
colonic sessions, and look forward to hearing future progress reports.
Best wishes,
Valerie
