Re: My progress

Hi Peggy, having a colonic every month would be an excellent health maintenance program.

When you are giving yourself enemas, massage isn't required, but self-massage can increase the thoroughness of the cleanse. By now you should have a good idea of how to massage your colon as a result of your colonic experience, so just try something similar when taking your enemas.

An enema can very definitely can reach your transverse colon, particularly when your colon is not impacted with old waste matter. Massage can help the water get past the splenic flexure, the bend in the colon that joins the descending portion of the colon to the transverse.

Just try to observe carefully the techniques your colon therapist is using when she is massaging your colon. Ask her to take your hand and guide it across your transverse colon so you can actually feel it when it's full of water. The splenic flexure too.

That should help you get started, and I do recommend that you read the information at the links I sent earlier.

Sincerely, Valerie
