110838~ Clean your insides! You can use Intestinal formula #1&2 for this. Or if you wish another similiar product. flush your liver and kidneys.Use coffee enemas to help expel toxins. juicing is awesome! There are so many great detoxifying veggies(beets,burdock,diakon,parsely,this list goes on and on). Just add an apple and lemon or any other sweet fruit/citris so its easy to drink down. Water,water,water!!Good clean water, not tap water. Do you have any other health problems? These will need to be addressed. And mostlikely can be with cleaning and flushing your insides. Do you want a bandaid you Acne or do you want it CURED? Acne was the MAIN reason I started into all the stuff mentioned above. I also ahve dont two Master cleanses. All of this I would have NEVER thought I was capable of doing but YOU CAN! Start out slow, add one new thing every week or two, until you have them all going at the same time.Also get a CLEAN diet. I had to become vegan. The dairy and meat were the biggest culprits. I understand that can be overwhelming to think about but like I said start slow. And AVOID soy. Yes we are all very different
and some of the simplest sometimes dumbest things
can hold back our healing when we are doing maybe 90% of it right, yet the body cannot initiate the healing w/ an insult present in diet for example or perhaps a missing nutrient.

It's tough to guess at what you need
I've ended up becoming a consultant from all my trials and sufferring and now do dietary analysis, and medical history to find out what someone truly needs.

This site is a great way to begin to find out the dietary insults and various therapies that can help.

Often times it's just knowing the right peices of the puzzle for your particular situation. Know there's an answer and regain and restore your health, it's worth it !!
