Hi LoricaLady,
I know nothing about coffee suppositories. But in regards to time constraint you mention I am wondering why taking a suppository is that much faster that taking a 2 cup coffee enema.
What I do is to prepare 2 or 4 quarts of coffee according to the recipe in my blog “My challenge” and refrigerate it for use within one weeks time. I take 2 cups of this coffee, warm it in a stainless steel pan to the desired temp. use a 1 cup bulb syringe, fill it, inject it into my rectum and the refill the syringe again to get the 2 cup enema. I retain it for 15 minutes and voila I’m done. Takes less than 45 minutes.
Keep the unused portion of the coffee in a tighly closed jar and in the refrigerator. It will keep for a whole week. I usually do these enemas daily for 1 to 2 weeks every 2 or 3 months. If time permits I do 2 of these 2 cups enemas for a better result.
I hope this helps you.

Hi LoricaLady ,
I am glad that you had the same idea of storing the coffee. It just shows that great minds think alike!
Yes just a coffee retention enema gives me more energy but I find that when I take several cleansing enemas followed by one or two coffee enemas I feel like I am on top of the world. Lots of energy and lots of initiative.
In general I do not like suppositories and avoid them. I am finding that the more I use my combination saltwater/baking soda enemas the more I am enthralled with them. I use this enemas after my coffee enemas. My recipe for this is 2 teaspoons of non= iodized salt plus 2 teaspoons of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in 2 quarts of water.
I try to retain the full 2 quarts for 5 to 10 minutes. At times very difficult.
By the way do not store the made coffee in a stainless steel container but it is okay to brew the coffee in stainless steel. (This is a generality. Stainless steel comes in very many varieties, some have very high contents of nickle while others have a preponderance of chromium)
Have fun and be happy!

Hi LoricaLady,
I like the salt/baking soda enemas because they do not deplete your electrolyes as do plain water enemas, They do detoxify and I feel refresh and energetic after doing a deep cleanse. It has helped me with my diabetes and my hypertension. A good discussion on the matter please read

Some enema solutions are isotonic, others are hypertonic. Before you do your high colonic enema my suggestion is that you drink a lot of electrolyte drink (water with a little salt will do) to prevent dehydration.
What kind of solution are you using in your high colonic enema? Could you change it so that you don’t experience being wiped out.
