So here's my history.
Doc said have the gallbladder removed. For many reasons, I couldn't at that time. For all flushes I've used a protocol very close to the
Hulda Clark one, only a bit simpler.
First flush stopped my attacks, which were once or twice a month. Low level of pain under ribcage on right side came back after a few weeks. Released 50-60 pea-sized stones and hundreds of pin-head sized stones.
Second flush had similar results with lots of "chaff." Reduction of pain again for a couple of weeks. This was the most difficult. Late in the flush, I had an attack which was resolved by another dose of Epson Salts. But, boy, that extra dose of
Epsom Salts left me exhausted.
Third flush was the easiest. Lots of largish stones (80-90) for a much longer period. And, again, lots and lots of "chaff." I bounced back really quickly from this one, but pain came back in about 3 weeks.
Fourth flush. Very different from others. Stool "water" is very, very dark brown instead of clearish as in prior flushes. One black stone and a very few small pin-head sized ones and only a minor amount of "chaff."
I don't know whether to think the flush was a failure, even though I followed the protocol to the letter as before. Or, am I hopefully, getting to the point where I'm almost ready to move to a maintenance schedule? Yes, I've dramatically improved my diet. I know this is a life-long change to be healthy. Any thoughts?
