Well, I fasted for 16 days. This is the 4th day breaking the fast. i've been eating more fruits as each day passes
(day 1-orange, day 2-banana, day 3-banana,orange&spinach, pear, day 4-apple,orange,raspberries&almonds,apple&almonds & thinking of having a banana)
However, when I eat, I do eat very slowly and then a feeling of fullness/bloated just hits me like a train out of nowhere. At the same time, though, I still feel hungry.
I don't know why I feel this way. Any suggestions?
My other question was am I hungry because I'm craving waffles and the feeling of hunger won't go away until I have one? Is it ok if I eat a vegan waffle tomorrow?
Or should I stay on fruits and veggies for a couple more days?
Why am I so hungry?!?!
