After 4 years it's starting from scratch. Forget your past results. You should know by now that one flush doesn't define your success or failure.
Who's method are you using? Or what personal variations? What ingredients? Did you previously do a
parasite cleanse? Have you done one recently? How about bowel cleansings - fasting protocols, enemas, SWFs? Diet in general.
So many variables.
Edited Note:
Just went back to see some of your previous posts. Wow - 5-6 years back. So, you have done Humaworm, you have done coffee enemas. You do a lot. That's good.
I do
coffee enemas on off weeks of LF-ing, after extensive cleansing during the day. Today happend to be one of those days.
I time my
Liver-Flush to my bedtime, which puts my last solid food around 4-4:30. I drink up to an hour before the ES. That avoids dehydration. I've never prepped with apple juice, although, apple cider vinegar is good for candida, so I've read. And, an ACV enema will REALLY knock out a lot of stuff real quick (it's almost shocking) even with an immediate release.
