I took a
food allergy panel a few months ago and I had 10 intolerances.
The most prevelent being, Cheese,Wheat & Egg.
After going semi wheat,egg,cheese free off & on ( it's hard to do,trust me) I need to do this full force and "heal" my gutt and see if it makes a big difference.
I also want to loose 10
lbs. I also quit smoking in January and want to do a "detox".
I am not ready for a complete fast, so I want to try this detox diet first and then maybe in 1-2 months take it into a juice fast.
This is what I plan on eating for the next 1-2 months.
Tons of veggies / salad ( using grapeseed oil and balsalmic or lemon for dressing)
Tons of smoothies, and fruit ( I have a blend tec and it makes killer smoothies)
Wheat free grains, beans, lentils ,rice . And nutts & seeds.
Snack on wheat free rice cakes, and peanut butter and almond butters.
I have Chia seeds and Flax seeds,,, are using both daily too much ??
Basically I am going 100% plant based vegan ,wheat free diet, with very little to NO processed food.
( I may eat a corn tortilla here and there with beans & rice)
Any tips? Anything else I should add into my diet?
I am taking Perma-Vite to heal the gutt, pharmacy grade pro-biotics, coral calcium and a daily vitamin as well as D-Hist for sinus allergies .
