I am guessing you got the drug advice from Jackie's site
http://www.badbugs.org?
She's the most up to date source of information for this parasite. I had dientamoeba fragilis so took different drugs to you but the diarrehia went which was the most important thing. And I tested clear after. Some people contacted me who took your drugs for blasto. They had varying degrees of die-off.
Probably the single most important thing is to clear your bowels. I had
colonics before, during and after the drug treatment. It made a huge difference. If you have not done
colonics before then you might be apprehensive and could try something like
Oxypowder (have not taken it myself but people recommend it). If you tend to have diarrehia with Blasto (intermittant) you might think you are cleared out but I can assure you, you are not!
Can you tell us what your die-off issues are? If you clear your bowels you will be amazed at the different. My die-off was massive fatigue. I had to stop driving and go to sleep in the back of the car at one stage. But the die-off was bearable (because of the colonics?). Yours clearly isn't.
