John McCain 2008
There's no guarantees in any endeavor, personal or business. Maybe you've been around too many Debbie Downers all your life and by listening to their rants, they've got you convinced. The upside to good lov'n trumps the downside. The adage that there's a guy out there for every girl tends to be correct. I've seen women that I'd never believe in a million years would have a date, get dates. And hot sweethearts who can't keep a guy for longer than a few dates. Not every guy likes every girl...that doesn't work. But if the better question is: Does there tend to be a guy for every girl out there? Yes, generally speaking, that tends to be a true statement. Now, if you're asking the McCainster is there a lot of GOOD GUYS out there worthy to have? No. They typically wind up with somebody but they're not "keepers" in my humble opinion. That's why you date, and date often, and weed out the bad from the good. When you notice a loser, you dump him quickly and don't try to polish him up...if he's tarnished, throw him back and let somebody else do the work. Especially into your 20's. Don't settle for schmucks, but don't automatically discount a guy until he's proven to be a reject. Eventually...eventually you'll know what your winner has to look and act like to win your love. Odds are in your favor with proper due diligence.
