I am now in the process of researching the message archives here to find any posts which indicate what is a reasonable trial time period that one should use the MMS on a regular basis before expecting to notice that the MMS has begun to produce some consistent lasting health benefits/improvements beyond just unpleasant die-off/herx reactions.
By an MMS "trial" period, I don't mean how long it will take using MMS to accomplish one's complete healing, I instead mean, how long it will take using MMS before noticing some first solid indications/signs of the start of some real lasting health benefits/improvements caused by the MMS, especially for hard-to-cure stuff like Candida, etc.
For example, this comment by Marlene is very helpful to me:
"I have so many minor improvements after just 2 months"
By "regular" MMS use, I mean taking MMS at least once a day at lower doses, and perhaps taking MMS every other day at higher doses (is taking MMS every other day at higher doses equally as effective, or must MMS be taken daily?)
My question for anyone: How long did it take for you using MMS before you could first say to yourself, "MMS is real, and it is indeed starting to really help me."

"my husband and father-in-law both said "aha!" and were convinced of a positive change in their health after about 2 weeks"
Excellent Julie! Thanks!
That was exactly what I was looking for, personal testimonials about that special "ah ha!" moment, when it first dawns on a person (like a light bulb switching on over their head) that the MMS was indeed starting to help them.
