I have a persistent itchy nose and am thinking it must be some sort of parasite. I often get smaller sores within the inner tip of the nose. I think this could be related to infection/ parasites in a root canal (upper tooth) that I have been treating for years and has caused a lot of my health issues, although currently somewhat under control.

Does anyone have thoughts what this could be? I'm thinking it may be parasitic, but am not sure. I do get white discharge regularly, but in examination...its just hard to tell if this is anything..unusual. I've ignored the issue for quite awhile thinking it was nothing...but am ready to face the issue.
