i have been dealing with bloating for a few years now.
i have a small body with not much fat much like you.
in the morning my stomach is nearly flat. by mid day its bloated, by night i look pregnant.
i have tried many things that might help, but i seem to have narrowed it down to 1 thing for me.
i tried digestive enzymes, didnt work
colon cleanse, didnt work
parasite cleanse, didnt work,
fasting on juice, was on and off
proper food combining, didnt work
staying off wheat/grains, pending
going on a candida diet, works (but not a diet i like)
candida diet is no sugar, no fruit, no starch like pasta, flour, potato.
i find the best way is go to on elemination diets and keep a close eye on when the bloating starts. keep the diet going for atleast 1 week.
for me it takes a full day of no
Sugar to notice the 100% flat stomach the next day. a day of natural
Sugar such as fruit and potatoes will result in a decent flat stomach the next day but bloating for the current day. a day that involves a sweet treat like chocolate or cake results in instant bloating that lasts for about 2 days.
start eleminating and find what is causing the problem.
